Doug Hoffman: Exporting NY Jobs to China and India

The last thing we need in NY is to lose more jobs because of people like Doug Hoffman.

Doug Hoffman: No show for debate

If Doug Hoffman can’t be bothered to show up to debate the other candidates then why should we think he’ll show up for votes in Congress to represent us? If Doug Hoffman can’t be bothered to show up to a debate then why should we Republicans be bothered to show up at the polls to vote for him?

Doug Hoffman, For Earmarks Before He Was Against Them

Just what we need. Another liar in office. Apparently Doug Hoffman fought hard to win earmarks for the businesses he worked with (i.e. Adirondack Medical Center). Now he says he’s against earmarks. Well Doug, which is it???

Doug Hoffman: Backed by Cheney/Palin, not local Republicans

Doug Hoffman represents all that is wrong with the Republican Party, and yet, is not even running as a Republican. As a local moderate Republican that doesn’t support the far right wing of the party I’m trying to decide whether to just stay home or to vote for Bill Owens. I’m very much leaning towards voting for Bill Owens to send a message to the loony wing of the party to stay out of the back yards of moderate districts. Here’s something, though put together by the Democrats, that I have to agree with.

Saxby Chambliss votes against the United States

He’s bad for Georgia…and America.

Posted by: beertap | November 16, 2008

Saxby Chambliss doesn’t even know what RECESSION means

Here he is admitting it. Can we really send this guy back to the Senate during an economic collapse?

The Vets remember and you’ll see their response in this video. Vote for Jim Martin on election day. Email this video to everyone you know in Georgia.

Congratulations President-Elect Obama! I expect I’ll be taking another break from posting. So if you’ve enjoyed this blog please subscribe using one of the links on the right of the blog. That way when I start posting again you’ll be notified. Thanks for voting for Barack Obama!

This race will be very close. Make sure you cast your vote for Obama!

She’s not very bright.

McCain doesn’t support troops, Country First just a LIE

More information here:

Obviously…he didn’t. Why? Country First? Just a slogan to John McCain.

America’s Future…The Possibilities…

Remember to vote. No matter how long the line is. No matter how long the wait is. Vote for our future. Vote for Obama.

Senator McCain spent over two decades with his good friend Senator Ted Stevens in the Senate. It turns out Ted Stevens is a criminal that has been convicted of seven felonies. It turns out he’s also a good friend of Governor Sarah Palin. This video shows Palin as she pals around with Ted Stevens and then shows the news report on the convictions.

It’s no surprise that when McCain finally wraps up his talking points on why we should vote for him that those talking points are at best misleading and quite frankly FALSE and LIES.  Read the CNN post Fact Check: McCain’s ‘closing argument’.

Skinheads plot to kill Obama, ATF comes to the rescue

I wouldn’t be surprised if they planned to vote for McCain.  Here’s Obama’s response to the threat.

Mr. Cool.  He’ll make a world class president.

McCain campaign legal advisor votes early…for Obama!

This is a Republican that not only worked for McCain’s 2008 campaign but also worked in the Reagan administration.

Bush invades Syria to help the McCain/Palin campaign

I agree with Senator Obama’s position that we may have to cross into a sovereign nation to take the fight to the terrorists. A nation such as Syria. I think it’s too much of a coincidence, however, for our first excursion into Syria to happen 9 days before the presidential election. 9 days and the Republican ticket, McCain/Palin is losing and will lose as long as the focus is on the economy. 9 days and McCain/Palin still have a chance if the focus is off the economy but on the wars and foreign policy. I truly believe that this type of manipulation of the electorate is a possibility with the Bush administration. Any other administration (except Nixon) and I would have said it was a conspiracy theory. Not with Bush. I really think he did it to help McCain/Palin win the White House. I’m not even surprised.

Palin would fit right in to the George W. Bush administration. AP has the story.

ANCHORAGE, Alaska (AP) — Gov. Sarah Palin’s signature accomplishment — a contract to build a 1,715-mile pipeline to bring natural gas from Alaska to the Lower 48 — emerged from a flawed bidding process that narrowed the field to a company with ties to her administration, an Associated Press investigation shows.

[...]

Despite Palin’s boast of a smart and fair bidding process, the AP found that her team crafted terms that favored only a few independent pipeline companies and ultimately benefited the winner, TransCanada Corp.

[...]

What the Palin administration didn’t tell legislators — and neglected to mention in its announcement of Rutherford’s appointment — was that in 2003, Rutherford left public service and worked for 10 months at the Anchorage-based Jade North lobbying firm. There she did $40,200 worth of work for Foothills Pipe Lines Alaska, Inc., a subsidiary of TransCanada.

[...]

TransCanada also had a connection to the team hired by the Palin administration to analyze the bid. Patrick Anderson, a former TransCanada executive, served as an outside consultant and ultimately helped the state conclude that TransCanada’s technical solution for shipping gas through freezing temperatures would work.

[...]

“Most definitely TransCanada got a sweetheart deal this time,” said Republican Sen. Bert Stedman, who voted against the TransCanada license. “Where else could you get a $500 million reimbursement when you don’t even have the financing to build the pipeline?”

Apparently Palin is as dirty as the rest of them. Reformer? Maverick? I don’t think so.

Got “White Guilt”?? Vote Hussein Osama-Biden!

Typical McCain/Palin supporter.

I guess being hotheaded and angry runs in the family.

Republican Governor William Weld also endorsed Obama today.  See it here. Colin Powell was the first Bush administration official to endorse Obama. Many other top level Republicans have also endorsed Obama; people such as Lincoln Chafee and Susan Eisenhower.

Ashley, get help.  For all you McCain supporters that jumped on this story, shame on you.

McCain’s Slaves Voting for Obama

They aren’t the McCain family slaves anymore but apparently only a few generations ago McCain’s relatives owned their relatives.  McCain has said in the past that his family didn’t own slaves.  It turns out he was lying.  His family became rich because of slaves.  It’s easy to become rich when you have free labor picking your cotton.
