I think the racist, bashing interviewers need to get off of their high horse and our of their comfort chairs, and go live in the REAL world for a while. They need to experience life, and shut their mouths: listen, learn, absorb, relate, grow.

Kudos to those guys who actually acted upon their conscience. There IS hope!
