Upper management comes out rich while our economy, the employees, and our government suffer. Something has to change. These are the same people in upper management that keep our raises down or non-existent and who, for salespeople, cut our compensation plans because God forbid we make too much money developing business or closing business for the company. These huge CEO packages and upper management paychecks need to stop. It’s time we cut THEIR pay.
